The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a passionate Associate Technical Lead to join our high-performance engineering team. You'll lead backend development for scalable, secure systems and mentor teams while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

What Youll Do

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using .NET Core & .NET frameworks.

• Guide and mentor engineers, upholding best practices and architectural standards.

Agile & SDLC

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Implement and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid, quality delivery.

Backend Excellence

• Develop robust, testable, scalable APIs and microservices.

• Ensure systems are highly performant, resilient, and secure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Optimization & Monitoring

• Work with RDBMS, containers (Docker), and AWS cloud services.

• Monitor systems using observability tools, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability.

What Were Looking For

️ 6+ years of experience in backend development.
️ Expertise in .NET Core & .NET Framework.
️ Proven experience in scalable API design and microservices.
️ Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, RDBMS, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
️ Experience with Docker, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
️ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
