Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Filter Paper Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships with Tea industry and contract manufacturers for premier
Tea brands in Sri Lanka, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the applications of filter paper in the beverages industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
o Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our paper products.
Sales Execution:
o Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and contract terms.
o Close sales deals and ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Market Analysis:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
o Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, product demands, and potential areas for growth.
Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
