Maintenance Manager

We are hiring!
Maintenance Manager Opportunity in Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all Solar PV systems.
• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including troubleshooting and repair work.
• Conduct performance analysis and diagnostics to identify system issues and optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and timely updates. Train and mentor junior technicians and other maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, system performance, and spare parts inventory.
• Oversee contracts and third-party service providers involved in system maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solar PV maintenance or similar roles, including minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, including inverters, panels, and monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for system monitoring and diagnostics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system management. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the renewable energy sector. Certification(s) in Solar PV installation/maintenance is a plus.
