Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead the sales team in delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Report on sales performance and pipeline management to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
