Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Python, R+ and AI/ML applications would be an added advantage

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or reporting tools.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Work with business users to gather feedback and refine visualizations based on user requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data models, queries, and data access.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization.
