Requirement

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A keen interest in digital marketing and social media.
• Basic understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or other digital ad tools is a plus.
• Creative and good at communicating ideas.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Manage social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create and post engaging content to boost brand's visibility.
• Keep social media profiles active with regular updates.

Facebook Advertising:

• Creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
• Research target audiences to make sure our ads reach the right people.
• Track ad performance and share insights for better results.

Content Creation:

• Develop creative content like graphics, videos, and posts for social media.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor how our social media and ads are performing.
• Use analytics tools to track key metrics and share insights.
• Suggest ways to improve engagement and reach based on the data.
