WE ARE HIRING: Manager - Brand Valuations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation projects involving complex financial models and intangible asset assessments

• Prepare comprehensive reports with insights, recommendations, and regulatory compliance

• Take charge of a specific sector in the annual brand rankings and manage all associated activities

• Coordinate with research partners and assist the communications team in outreach and PR efforts

• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance and career development plans

• Collaborate with Sri Lanka and UK teams to ensure seamless delivery of valuation and strategy projects

• Engage media and outreach partners while supporting sector-specific marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting OR fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial/data analysis or valuations

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent English communication skills written and verbal

• High analytical thinking and attention to detail

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Strong interest in branding, marketing, or market research

• Experience in marketing/statistics is an added advantage
