WE ARE HIRING: Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Mode: Hybrid
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create infographics, visuals, and make design edits in alignment with brand guidelines using PowerPoint.

  • Design reports, documents, and infographics using Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Enhance images, graphics, illustrations, and text formatting to improve overall visual appeal and quality.

  • Maintain and improve existing report templates.

  • Contribute to the creation of infographics, reports, social media content, and other graphic design materials as needed.

  • Manage multiple design projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain open communication within the team.

  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve the design process and uphold design quality standards.

  • Stay updated on design trends and software developments to enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Graphic Designer or Artworker role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, attention to detail, and layout skills.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop mandatory; After Effects, Premiere Pro desirable).

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of print production processes.

  • Proactive, quick learner with a passion for corporate design.
