Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive Ingredients to drive B2B sales within the food industry. The role focuses on developing strong client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets by supplying ingredients, machinery, or packaging solutions to food manufacturers and processors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting industrial clients in the food sector.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities.
• Promote products to food manufacturers, processors, and bulk buyers.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support as needed.
• Gather and share regular market feedback and competitor insights.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the food or industrial sector.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Food Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes or related equipment/ingredients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
