WE ARE HIRING: Senior Executive -Study abroad


Working Days - 51/2 days
Working Time - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Working Mode - On-site

Location - Jaffna, Sri lanka

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Support

• Provide expert advice on study destinations, courses, universities, and visa requirements.

• Guide students through admission procedures, documentation, and interview preparation.

• Handle walk-ins, phone, and email inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Application & Visa Process Management

• Assist students in university applications and liaise with institutions for offer letters.

• Manage visa documentation and application submissions in a timely and accurate manner.

• Stay updated with immigration policies of countries like the UK, Australia, Canada, etc.

Institution & Client Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and colleges.

• Represent the company in university webinars, workshops, and student recruitment events.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly student enrollment and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

️ Bachelors degree (preferred in Business, Education, or related field)
️ 1 - 2 years of experience in the overseas education sector
️ Strong knowledge of global education systems & visa procedures
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
️ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
️ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems
