Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for financial and banking roles.

Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards.

Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.

Support training and development initiatives to upskill staff and promote career growth.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on workforce metrics.

Handle disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions in line with company procedures.

Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the finance or banking sector.

Strong knowledge of labor regulations, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
