Job Profile

• Set the technical vision & direction for ongoing projects & Innovation.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in ML engineering.
• Lead by example through active participation in coding & development tasks.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality & adherence to best practices.
• Implement security measures to protect user data & app functionality.
• Utilize debugging & performance for speed and responsiveness of the final service or implementation.
• Apply industry standard design patterns to ensure code maintainability & scalability.
• Supervise the creation of state-of-of-the-art multimodal AL models, prioritizing & using industry-leading benchmarks to empower data-driven decision-making & innovation.
• Oversee the training of large-scale AI models, managing data pipelines, selecting appropriate algorithms, configuring parameters & monitoring the training process to ensure efficiency & accuracy.
• Optimize infrastructure to enhance AI inference, supporting applications & research initiatives to drive transformative outcomes across the organization.
• Ensure the quality & performance of generative AI models through rigorous testing & evaluation, maintaining high standards of output quality, diversity, coherence & ethical integrity.
• Collaborate with various business units & Stakeholders to identify & scope potential use cases for generative AI within the organization to faster innovation.
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of AI , promoting synergies & amplifying impact.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on budget and within timelines, applying best project management practices including resource optimization, risk mitigation and rigorous planning.

Applicants Profile

• Bachelors Degree & Masters Degree in computer science or Information technology.
• Over 6+ years of experience in AI, including hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, building data pipelines, model development & model evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience in big data warehouse, data analytics project & / or any information management related projects.
• Prior experience building large-scale enterprise data architectures using commercial & / or open-source data Analytics technologies. Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns such as kappa & Lambda architectures.
• Proficiency in debugging & performance monitoring tools & techniques in the ML pipeline.
• Experience with ML cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or Huawei.
• Hand-on Experience in developing deep learning models including more than 10 commercial use cases.
• Experience with Generative AI, including advanced promoting techniques & preferably fine-tuning models.
• Experience in building pipelines for the use of externally hosted LLMs and preferably locally hosted LLMs.
