WE ARE HIRING: Channel Sales Executive or Channel Sales Manager

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT and CCTV product dealers across the Northern Province
Regularly visit key markets in Jaffna, Mannar, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, and Mullaitivu to drive business growth
Promote and sell video surveillance products to regional dealers and system integrators
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand regional market presence
Monitor dealer performance and provide support to meet sales targets
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
Represent the company professionally while traveling and meeting clients across northern cities

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Sales, or a related field.
Work Location: Jaffna or in the Northern Cities of Sri Lanka. (Attached Google Map SS)
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the consumer video surveillance industry.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Tamil, English, (both written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of MS-Office applications and internet browsing.
Flexibility: Willingness to undertake business travel as required.
Priority: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with competitor companies (e.g., Hikvision Sri Lanka, Uniview Sri Lanka and so on) and who possess an existing network of security (CCTV) clients. Experience with system integrators or distributors such as IT Gallery, Colombo CCTV, and LRS Security Solutions is highly valued.
