Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.

· Collaborate with the sales and graphic teams to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and generate reports for management.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

· Assist in the organization of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

· Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns.

· Provide support for marketing activities across various channels, including social media, email, and offline marketing.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and suggest innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

. Required to work on a roster basis, which might include weekends.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
