Responsibilities:

• Handle Reservations inquiries from trade partners and direct guests for all the destinations in a pro-active and professional manner.
• Maintain excellent relationships with travel trade partners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate and maintain excellent relationships with the Corporate team and Resort teams.
• Supporting the reservations team in all aspects of the role including but not limited to Invoicing, Data Entry, Creating Proposals and itineraries.

• Regular Performance analysis and a proactive approach to drive the business.
• Ensure that all reservations-related records and data are entered into the system accurately following the SOP.

Qualifications:

• Degree or similar qualification in Hospitality Management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written are crucial for this role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a range of diverse guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Reservations PMS & CRM Systems, OTA Connections would be an added advantage.
• This position is mainly within the US Market from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM. Added flexibility to work across different time zones would be an advantage.
