Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining records and understanding of the total seasonal calendars.
- Should understand and analyze the timelines to initiate concepts for adoption in the calendar and receive updated calendars from customers & share with the rest of the organization
- Should overlook the overall Sales Budget for allocated customers while managing and growing sales
- Manage all new developments by liaising with the Sri Lanka Business and Product Development teams
- Should visit customers as scheduled and build good relationships, mutual trust & honesty.
- Manage all customer visits, by preparing custom presentations
- Should follow up on sample debtors to minimize payment related problems from customers
- Prepare/update documentation whilst adhering to ISO standards in order to make information available for management decision making.
Qualifications
- CIMA, CIM, Postgraduate Diploma or an Equivalent Degree from a reputed university.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Should possess a strategic & innovative mindset
- Sound interpersonal skills & communication skills
