Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Conceptualize and develop outdoor furniture designs that align with the company's brand identity and market positioning.
• Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes relevant to outdoor furniture design.
• Work closely with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal production processes.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in the outdoor furniture industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or a related field from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful outdoor furniture projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics relevant to outdoor furniture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for outdoor living and a keen sense of design aesthetics.
