Job Title: Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager (Industry: Real Estate Property)

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: Weekdays 8:30 am to 5 pm; Saturday 8:30 am to 1 pm

Work Type: Onsite

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• To identify and engage potential customers to promote sales of Condos and to achieve
  mutually agreed sales targets
• 
  To prospect for potential customers in pre identified market segments
• 
  To follow up with potential leads generated and assigned through the marketing efforts of the company
• 
  To maintain detailed information on all sales activities in the company CRM software
  and to achieve mutually agreed KPIs
• 
  To participate in company organized promotional activities in Sri Lanka and Overseas in
  order to engage with potential customers
• 
  To maintain good relations with assigned customers of the company and to ensure
  collection of all outstanding payments in a timely manner
• 
  To collect and present market, competitor and customer information to the management
  periodically as required
  

Requirements: 

• A team player with excellent negotiation, interpersonal and English
  communication skills

• An advanced level of computer literacy is required and experience in CRM operations
  will be an advantage
