RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals, focusing on audience engagement, brand visibility, and conversion.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and nurturing relationships with the audience.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.), derive insights, and make datadriven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations, tracking their performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms, aligning social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage budgets allocated for social media marketing campaigns, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists or coordinators, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment, while providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media performance, outlining key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders or senior management.
  • Adherence to Compliance and Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all social media activities comply with industry regulations and company brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Social media management & digital marketing along with exposure in SEO/SEM, Email marketing, content marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), CRM systems, etc
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to visualize & generate engaging content ideas
