Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for various products and platforms
• Collaborate with different teams to gather feedback and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the documentation
• Research and learn new technologies and tools to improve the documentation process and user experience
• Assist customer success teams with tasks when required and provide support for issues related to the documentation
• Contribute to the adherence to documentation standards, best practices, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in IT, Content Writing, Technical Writing, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Technical Writing or a similar role
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent command of the English language and good communication skills
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for different audiences and in different formats
• Ability to work with different teams and gain a deep understanding of how the product works
• Experience with Agile sprints and documentation tools is a plus
• Willingness to work in US time zones on occasion is an advantage
• A preference to work in a fast-paced and innovative organization is indicative of an ideal fit
