Responsibilities : 

• Developing high-volume, low-latency C++ (11 & above) applications in Linux environment using Apache Kafka, MongoDB etc.
• Applying Object-Oriented design concepts, patterns, multithreaded applications and software architecture to design and develop applications
• Developing & consuming RESTful APIs
• Working with XML and related technologies to develop applications
• Writing and modifying make files to compile and link applications

Qualifications :

• Either Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information
• Systems or related field experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years developing enterprise-level applications using C++ 11 and above
• Experience developing C++ in a Linux environment
• Solid experience with Object-Oriented design concepts, patterns, multithreaded applications and software architecture
• Development experience with XML and REST
• Basic understanding of Linux
• Hands-on development experience of high-volume and low-latency applications
• Solid experience consuming and creating REST API
• Experience writing and modifying make files
• Added advantage if : candidate possesses knowledge / experience in NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and Apache Kafka
