Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the building and construction sectors, promoting dormakaba and related products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and project managers to secure sales contracts.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to prospective clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Qualifications:
- GCE A/L with Full or part qualifications in Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
