Loan Processor Opportunity  in Outsourcing & Offshoring Consultancy Industry.

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Work Hours: 4:30 am - 1:30 pm/5:30 am - 2:30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
• Manage the loan process through the mortgage software system (AFG - Flex Knowledge will be an advantage)
• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
• Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be an advantage
• Previous banking experience with experience in Mortgage loan processing preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office packages
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction
