• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

• Work Type: Onsite

• Work Hours: 8.15 am - 5.30 pm

• Working Days: Mon-Fri

• Type of Appointment: Permanent and Full-time

Requirements:

• B. Sc. in Civil Engineering 3+ years of experience or TTI /NDT/NCT in Civil Engineering 5+ years experience
• Experience in coordinating projects directly with the NSC and Consultants

• Sound knowledge in AutoCAD/MS Project

• Excellent project management and supervision skills 

  strong written and verbal communication skills

• Age below 45 years

• Experience in AutoCad / 3d Software /MEP would be an added advantage

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing, Scheduling, coordinating, cost controlling and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable contractor and monitoring the project work in progress coordination with QS, Draftsman and contractor
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
• Carrying out site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the work
• Cooperating and communicating with the Head of the Department and the other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's completion.
