Human Resources Executive Opportunity in Trade Industry

• Location: Colombo-4

• Work Type: Onsite

• Work Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall human resource management key result areas and to execute the following but not limited to: Knowledge of, and ability to apply the policies, procedures, and process of the HR Department in a professional manner.
  
  
• Organize and co-ordinate staff requirement, training, welfare and Human Resource development activities.
  
• To ensure that all responsibilities and commitments are completed to the best of his ability in line with both operational objectives and organizational rules and regulations.
  
• To communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related laws and communicate with the relevant Labour Officers.

 Lawyers and relevant industry law administrators and authorities and counsels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in HRM and/or Full/ part professional qualifications in HRM.
  
• Fully conversant on Labour Laws of Sri Lanka pertaining to Employment.
  
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leisure industry in a reputed business conglomerate.
  
• Good working knowledge in MS office and hands on experience in HRIS would be a definite advantage.
