Principal Job Accountabilities

• Liaise extensively with local companies globally on compliance-related issues.

• Assist in the distribution of employee compliance training completion results.

• Assist in the creation and development of the compliance newsletter and the overall visibility of the compliance function.

• Adhoc work as assigned by the Group Compliance Manager

• Adhoc work assigned by the Group Director, Legal and Compliance.

• Liaising with service providers and lawyers as and when required for guidance

• Risk Management

• Maintenance of Documentation

Related Job Accountabilities


• Assistance with the approval of corporate communications internally and externally, including advertising and press releases.

• Ensure an organised and structured up-to-date filing system is maintained in relation to compliance and corporate communication queries received from local companies

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Discuss with Treasury issues concerning payments in relation to compliance queries received from businesses to achieve the best results whilst managing risk exposure.
• Apply your expertise, skills, and knowledge to your role to shape your role within the department and always provide the best service to local companies.
• Communicate openly and honestly on areas of improvement, how to manage certain tasks or projects, and have open discussions with management about new ideas and approaches.
