Associate QA Lead/ QA Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop test automation strategies and frameworks for large complex projects in AGILE methodology.
• Hands-on experience in Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Cucumber, and TestComplete tools.
• Design test automation scripts, execution, and reporting of UI and web services.
• Write automation test cases and plan the process.
• Collaborates with product stakeholders and conducts presentations.
• Responsible for defining the scope and objectives of a given project.
• Contribute to team agile planning activities, backlog prioritization, and management.
• Identify, verify, report, and retest bugs.
• Mentor and manage the QAs on delivery and career expectations.
• Contribute best practices and standards (SCRUM and QMS)

• Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in IT or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and management.
• Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and programming.
• Exposure to the Dynamics 365 applications will be an added advantage.
