- Develop customer 4P strategy and action plans in line with respective sales and brand marketing counterpart building on the local success model.
- Support the setting and execution of an ambitious Health BU country commercial strategy.
- Work with supply, sales, area and finance to hit and exceed our every target.
- Close cooperation with the brand marketing and business development managers to execute brand plans and deliver category expansion and market share, plus with the cross-functional team of finance, supply, and demand.
- Ensure NPD/EPD Listings and distribution gaps closing via compelling tailored category trade stories.
- Customer level market analysis including all 4Ps on the assigned brand(s) - report key learnings and implications to the rest of the organization.
- Develop customer level strategies to ensure revenue optimization through proper ROI.
- Help develop consumer and shopper communications
