Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of industrial/engineering products.

• A diploma/degree in building services-related industry such as HND in Mechanical Engineering, etc.

• Sales and Marketing qualifications such as SLIM, CIM, and Diploma will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving profit targets and driving business growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, and property developers.

• Effectively communicate with overseas suppliers for commercial and technical requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to top management.
