Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Business Analytics.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
• 6-8 years of ERP experience in Planning & Production, preferably in the Textile industry.
• Possess a strategic and innovative mindset.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forge close working relationships with the Planning & Production teams at Company to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes spanning the entire value stream.
• Collaborate with ERP systems and partners to transform business requirements into ERP capabilities, leveraging profound insights into the functionalities and potential of a world-class ERP system.
• Work alongside technical teams to seamlessly integrate the ERP system with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Provide detailed requirement specifications to ensure smooth data flow and process synchronization.
• Strategies and execute testing methodologies, encompassing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to uphold the reliability and precision of the ERP system.
• Aid in the management of organizational change pertaining to the ERP system. Develop and implement communication plans, training initiatives, and user adoption strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Ensure that ERP configurations and processes adhere to industry regulations and organizational standards, encompassing data privacy and security protocols.
