Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven 2 to 3 years experience in general insurance sales, brokering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and market conditions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and insurance-related applications

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide clients with detailed information about various insurance products, including property, casualty, liability, and other general insurance types.
• Analyze clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, ensuring clients understand the terms and conditions of policies.
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and other necessary documentation.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and any changes in coverage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records.
• Guide clients through the claims process, from initial filing to settlement.
• Liaise with insurance companies to expedite claims processing and ensure fair outcomes for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to clients during the claims process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations.
• Keep abreast of new insurance products and services to better serve clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
