Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Capital Equipment Sales such as boilers, Chillers, Compressors, DG Sites, etc in Sri Lanka & Maldives etc
- Degree / Diploma in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering from a reputed University in Sri Lanka / Overseas is also preferred
- Excellent Rapport with Industries
- Posses Skilled in Enquiry Generation, Order Closure, Strategic Business Plans Across BOI/NON-BOI & conversion
- Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies
- To command & communicate in local language
- With Good communication skills, Negotiations, and Presentations, Fast learner
- Willing to travel extensively across the island-wide to generate sales
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and leverage market knowledge and expertise to increase the Sales of Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters and other Heating Equipment.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and reports.
- Manage negotiations of sales contracts and order closures.
- Provide design parameters for customized products and strategize the sales of newly launched products by liaising with Principals.
- Liaise with Associates to develop sales strategies, derive Annual Business Plans, driving market share in all product lines.
- Execute internal and external business strategies to optimize customer relationships.
- Manage monthly information sheets (MIS) and year-end close processes with Associates and within the Business Development Division.
- Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to improve the Business of assigned verticals. Organize Customer Meet Forums to present new products and engineering solutions to overcome manufacturing challenges.
- Recruit sales team, set objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor performance, conduct performance reviews, ensuring their KPI objectives are achieved.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
