• Working Hours-8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and every other Saturday half day from 8.30 a.m. to 130 p.m.

• Working Days- Five week days and every other Saturday

• Job Location- Maharagama

• Working Method: Onsite

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing or related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• A higher diploma in digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns with an eye for creativity.
• Experience in social media content development, digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage social media ads to increase online sales, visibility and engagement.
• Manage photoshoots and create the content as per the social media plan.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales targets.
• Ensure proper stock management and product display in the showrooms.
• Visits to showrooms to make improvements and collect requirements and suggestions.
• Build a strong relationship with banks for card promotions.
• Explore export markets and overlook expansion.
• Ensure timely product upload on the website and align the digital marketing plan.
• Work with travel companies to ensure tourist traffic in to the shops.
• Create a vibrant buzz in the market to ensure steady footfall in to the shops.
• Inspire, support and manage the marketing team to meet the deadlines.
