Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in joint ventures.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of working with top enterprises.
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance joint venture projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to deployment and support.
• Provide expert financial management and analysis for joint venture initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Oversee the financial aspects of joint ventures, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Build, mentor, and manage a junior finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
