Objectives:

• Collaborate with the UK IT executive to set and drive organizational vision and operational strategy.

• Promote systems and Company as a technology employer in the region.

• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting and performance management.

• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, fostering a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and wider organizational goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational policies for the Sri Lanka IT organization.

• Manage day-to-day operations, including finance and human resources.

• Ensure company operations and activities align with the provision of services and growth in support of the UK&EMEA business.

• Take ownership for employee performance, motivation and morale.

Skills and experience:

• Overall 12 years of experience and 3 years experience in an executive operations role, preferably gained in a multi-national corporate environment.

• Experience of strong financial leadership, ensuring accounts are correct and complying with all local laws.

• Strong Management skills and ethical leadership.

• Proven experience of working successfully with third party suppliers, especially around HR and Payroll services, IT suppliers and facilities management.
