Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, specializing in supply chain management, with 1 - 2 years of work experience in the shipping trade
  • Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing in relation to exports and imports
  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding shipping operation, export and import documentation
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge in the consolidation of 3PL and 4PL operations, buyer nominated consolidating operations - triangular shipments
  • The company's core values are to collaborate, empower, and engage

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking operations
  • Documentation operations
  • Liner payments and customer invoicing
  • Improving the relationship with customers and carriers
  • Recovering all outstanding amounts from clients within the given credit period
  • Timely issuance of the Bill of Lading to shippers
  • Preparation of reports in relation to the team
  • Implementation of the 7S practices within the team
