Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Tea Estate management to :

• Develop and implement best practices to optimize all aspects of tea estate operations, including cultivation, harvesting, and processing.

• Utilize knowledge of tea processing techniques to enhance product quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new tea products and blends.

Work together with BoD to develop Company Tea Institute and its organization to :

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for tea estate managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in tea estate management.

• Educate the company's staffs basic knowledge of the tea and tea industry.

• Develop an education curriculum to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in tea for tea lovers.

• Publish an educative article about Tea for the general public.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.

• Certification as a tea master or sommelier is a must.

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in tea cultivation, processing, and management, with a proven track record of success.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Keen interest in training and education supported by previous involvements in developing or teaching in training & development program

• Willingness to relocate to Indonesia.
