Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbound/outbound EDI transactions according to established EDI processing schedule.

• Review transmission logs and customer confirmation to ensure that information is transferred completely and correctly

• Identify errors in outbound transmissions and alert appropriate associate for correction.

• Maintain a log of transactions and transaction errors for follow-up and review

• Create/maintain EDI/API maps

• Determine business/data requirements from vendor guides and specs

• Create and distribute reports to cross-functional teams

• Other duties as identified by management

Qualifications:

• BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in X12 EDI standards and transactions sets.

• EDIFACT/UCS a plus

• AS2/SFTP experience a plus

• REST API experience a plus

• Experience with Cleo CIC a plus

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools (WORD, EXCEL)

• Must have strong project management skills

• Ability to be on call on weekends to respond to incoming orders
