Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Travel Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate should have ticketing experience and a strong willingness to learn. If you are quick to adapt, have a good attitude, and possess excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Handle ticketing, reservations, and itinerary planning.
Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and visa processes.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best deals.
Resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in ticketing is an advantage.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
