WE ARE HIRING: Sales Manager

Location: Kandy / Gampola / Trincomalee

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned branch KPIs as per the set annual objectives
• Responsible in leading management initiatives and training initiatives
• Development of monthly and annual business plans/strategies of the distribution unit
• Visit customers and promote identified AIA financial plans with unit staff when necessary, in
  the form of field coaching/ joint field work
• Ensure the overall quality of the business submitted
• Ensure development of new agents
• Ongoing performance management of sales team
• Maintain continuous Performance Development Dialog (PDD)
• Recognize and reward the sales team, maintaining the branch momentum
  Minimum 

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Graduates / equivalent or more than 05 years working experience in
  finance/insurance sector and Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales
• Market orientation and selling skills
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
