Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00 AM 6.00 PM
Mode: Onsite
Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable by 1 month)
Salary: Will be shared with shortlisted candidates

• Senior Gen AI Engineers (5+ years experience)

• Gen AI Lead (8+ years experience)

What Youll Be Doing:

• Design & develop Gen AI applications using Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex

• Fine-tune and integrate LLMs & embedding models via Azure OpenAI

• Monitor app performance with DeepEval and Arize Phoenix

• Configure Azure AI services including AI Search & vector DBs

• Deploy solutions using Docker and FastAPI

• Utilize AWS Textract and manage services via the AWS Console

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, production-grade systems

• Ensure robust security, scalability, and maintainability

What You Need:

• Expert-level Python skills

• Proven experience in Generative AI frameworks

• Strong grasp of LangChain (expert) & LlamaIndex (intermediate)

• DeepEval & Arize Phoenix experience for Gen AI monitoring

• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI + embedding models

• Skilled in Docker, FastAPI, and cloud deployments

• Familiarity with Azure UI, AI Search, and vector databases

• Working knowledge of AWS Textract

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Exposure to other LLM providers/frameworks

• MLOps / CI-CD pipeline experience

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
