WE ARE HIRING: Area Sales Manager Dealer/Corporate

• Working Days : Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Saturday Half Day 8.30 a.m. - 1.30 p.m.
• Working Type Onsite

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer and corporate clients to achieve sales targets.

• Plan and execute sales strategies to expand the dealer network and increase market penetration.

• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and generate leads through market research and customer engagement.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic input.

• Conduct regular visits to dealer outlets and corporate clients to ensure brand visibility and proper product representation.

• Provide training and guidance to dealer staff to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and sales closures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any client issues efficiently and professionally.



Requirements

• Full or part-time professional qualification in sales and marketing.
• Previous experience in Electronics would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player.
• Good interpersonal and people-handling skills.
• Preferred age below 35 years.
• Possess a valid driving license.

• Basic Salary + monthly target Incentive + vehicle allowance
