Position: Account Manager
Category: Coordinator
Duration: 11 months
Working Days & Hours: Weekdays 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by promoting all available products and solutions to new and existing customers.
- Ensure compliance when acquiring new customers, maintaining proper documentation.
- Lead Bizcare adoption campaigns, providing necessary training and system knowledge to new and existing customers.
- Report sales achievements in a timely manner as per divisional requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Visit customers regularly to ensure revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing churn.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Stay ahead of competitors by acquiring new sales and expanding revenue within the assigned segment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Management, or Marketing (added advantage).
- Self-confident with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Fluent in all three languages.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales.
- Residing in the North & East provinces is an advantage.
