Sales & Business Development Executive / Manager


Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and service existing accounts/establish new accounts
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice and support to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and coordinate the end-to-end process
• Coordinate with the sales team by preparing quotations, handling documentation, and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and material
• Handle the processing of all tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business development strategies with overall company goals
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar capacity
• Hands-on experience in handling device selling (Notebooks/Desktops) is a must
• Ability to perform duties with creativity and innovation
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
• Good customer handling etiquette
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Educational Qualification:

• A sound academic background with a minimum of GCE A/L
• A degree/diploma in a relevant academic discipline will be a definite advantage
