Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage business segments for 100% market coverage.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to specify and secure façade/cladding projects.
• Expand market share and drive brand growth in the industry.
• Conduct continuous market research to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Submit timely reports to top management.

Requirements:

• Passion for façade design and execution (Building Exteriors).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Degree in Marketing and/or membership in CIM/SLIM.
• 5+ years of experience in leading sales/marketing teams.
• Age between 28 40 years.
• Self-motivated, committed, and able to inspire and drive a team.
