Position: Assistant Manager - After Sales Services

JOB ROLE
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office package and other common applications Should be below 30 years of age.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and be a team player
Responsibilities:
Work coordination between people effectively, including factory, technicians, and call center employees, Manage existing field technicians, recruit new technicians and appoint Island-wide service centers, Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction, Maintain and manage documents and perform analytical tasks as required, Organize staff training and development programs for technical and sales teams according to company or project requirements.
