Position: General Manager

JOB ROLE

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English
  
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  
  
• Proven experience in operations management, financial planning, and strategic development.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  
  
• Proficiency in financial analysis and performance metrics.
  Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities: 

1. Leadership and Strategy
Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to support company growth and profitability. Provide leadership, vision, and direction to all departments, ensuring alignment with the company mission and values. Collaborate with senior management and the Board to set long-term goals and plans. Analyze industry trends and market changes to guide business strategy.

2. Operations Management
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase
productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
