HIRING A FINANCE MANAGER

Job Location : Biyagama, Malwana

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports. .
• Perform reconciliations and facilitate annual audits with external partners.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; implement system changes for smooth operations. 
• Manage efficient cost control and annual overheads. 
• Collaborate with directors and managers to identify and implement improvement areas. 
• Prepare annual budget forecasts and cash flow plans in coordination with departments. 
• Work with financial institutions for cash flow management and financing arrangements. 
• Handle the IRD RAMIS system and tax-related issues. 
• Suggest improvements in ERP systems with software solution providers. 
• Fulfill formalities in coordination with company secretaries based on stakeholder interests. 
• Mentor and guide junior finance division members to promote growth and positivity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Chartered qualified / part Qualified ACCA or Degree in Accountancy/Finance from a recognized University/institution or similar qualification with minimum 03years of Audit experience. 
• More than 7 years of experience with 3 years in similar position. 
• Knowledge and work experience in accounting practices related to manufacturing industry & corporate income tax. 
• Dicrition and trustwortyness with hgh level of confideniality Familiarized with IRD RAMIS system and dealing with tax related matters. 
• Experience in ERP is essential. 
• Pleasant personlity with a good iterpersonal skills and social etiquette.
