Position: Manager Operational Efficiency & Quality

JOB ROLE

Requirements:

Preferred at least 10 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ISO or other process improvement methodologies.
Proven experience in implementing operational strategies and process improvement initiatives in the BPO industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management and performance measurement tools.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:


Actively contribute towards maintaining and driving a culture of operational efficiency, quality, risk management and compliance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate operational performance.

Process Improvement and compliance

Create/maintain policies & procedures while ensuring risks are managed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and implement process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Performance Management

Monitor operational performance against established goals and benchmarks.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational efficiency metrics.
Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and ensure continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand operational challenges, develop solutions and implement process improvements
Lead cross-functional teams in executing operational efficiency projects and initiatives.

Resource Management

Optimize the use of resources, including personnel and technology to achieve operational efficiency.
Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources to support operational goals.

Leadership and Development

Provide leadership and direction to the operations efficiency team.
Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing operations efficiency function.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
