YOUR ROLE:

• Lead the finance function of our Leisure Sector strategically, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and compliance with PLC regulations.
• Responsible for the overall finance and accounting related functions, including budgeting & forecasting, monthly reporting, cash flow management, cost control and auditing in compliance with necessary standards and regulatory requirements.
• Hold board meetings, annual general meetings to communicate quarterly/annual financial and operational results to the relevant stakeholders including Board of Directors and the shareholders of all companies in the sector.
• Ensure that proper internal control systems are established, maintained and reviewed as required, across the sector.
• Ensure the timely preparation of annual report in compliance with relevant SEC regulations.
• Liaison and maintaining professional relationships with banks, tax consultants, auditors and other relevant third parties.
• Leading and motivating the Finance Team with necessary guidance and training.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Fully Qualified in ICASL/CIMA or a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a reputed PLC, preferably in leisure sector.
• Being a strategist with analytical thinking, with the ability to handle turbulent market conditions.
• Excellent leadership skills whilst being able to motivate and develop a high performing Team.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
